Traditional media may tell us that Lake Mead has dried up and now all we see are boat wrecks and dead bodies. We know that is not true and we’ll hear it from the mouth of a concessionaire that is happy to share with all his guests and our listeners about all the great activity happening on Lake Mead and the Colorado River.
- We’ll learn about the evolution of Forever Resorts to Guest Services (GS) and the long and important history GSI has had in our Nation.
- How GS have mastered balancing the business side of tourism and the respectful approach to protecting our National Parks.
- The positive nature of working with a government entity and the contract for services that provide a layer of protection to business owners.
Chad shares some of his best practices in the realm of marketing and how streamlining those skills have provided him and his team the ability to use technology to improve their bottom line.
Chad also makes a big announcement on the show --- With the approval of the National Park Service the night before, he is able to share an excellent way to educate us all on the activities of Lake Mead at this time.
